Owyhee Construction, Inc. is a full-service contracting business.  Founded in 1977 and located in Boise, Idaho, Owyhee Construction, Inc. began laying water mains and quickly expanded into all areas of underground construction. Our services now range from underground utility line installation to general contracting and construction management, with annual revenues over 12 million dollars.

Our clients are as diverse as the services we provide and are located throughout the western region.  We are proud to provide our clients with high-quality construction services at competitive and accurate costs.

We were the first excavation and underground utility company in the nation to become an OSHA Partner.  This partnership provides us with an excellent relationship with our local OSHA office and allows us to maintain the highest standards for our workers safety.

Our staff of over 60 is structured to be as flexible as is possible in our industry.  In the field, we have an Operations Manager in charge of three Superintendents who in turn direct two to four crews each.  Administratively, we have our own Human Resource Manager and Safety Manager as well as, a fully staffed accounting department handling the day to day financial aspects of our work.

Owyhee Construction, Inc. believes wholly in supporting the communities that continue to support our business.  We are proud to leave our mark of excellence by donation of work on projects such as the Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Boise Centre on the Grove Fountain, Boise State University Stadium Expansion, Women and Children Alliance, and Habitat for Humanity projects.

The future and growth of our children is especially important to Owyhee Construction, Inc. We contribute to local schools and the Boys and Girls Club in many different capacities, by donating our time and contributing financially.  We also support higher education institutions such as the University of Idaho and the Boise State University Construction Management Program.

Owyhee Construction, Inc. is also actively involved in professional organizations within our industry. We are members of the Associated General Contractors of America, Building Contractors of America, National Association of Women in Construction, and the Construction Education Foundation of Idaho, as well as, the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.
